Traffic Enforcement Group South officers are seeking information regarding a serious crash in Canning Vale on Wednesday 20 September 2023.
About 3:30pm, four vehicles were being driven south-west on Roe Highway, in Canning Vale, when they were involved in crash as they approached the South Street exit.
The vehicles involved were a black Mitsubishi truck, a white Mazda CX-5 sedan, a white Ford Falcon utility and a blue Toyota LandCruiser.
The 69-year-old male driver of the Mazda CX-5 received serious injuries in the crash, and had to be cut free from his damaged vehicle by Department of Fire and Emergency Services personnel. He was taken by St John WA to Royal Perth Hospital.
The drivers of the other three vehicles were not injured.
