Cape Le Grande serious crash

Police are investigating a serious crash that occurred at Lucky Bay in the Cape Le Grande National Park on Tuesday, 29 October 2019.

About 12.55pm, a white 2000 model Jeep Cherokee with three occupants was travelling along the sand when the driver lost control and the Jeep rolled several times.

The front passenger, a 23-year-old man received serious injuries and was conveyed to Esperance Hospital before being airlifted by the Royal Flying Doctor Service to Royal Perth Hospital.

The 25-year-old male driver and a second passenger, a 24-year-old man, received minor injuries.

Police are asking anyone who may have seen the crash or the Jeep Cherokee travelling in the area prior to the crash, or have dash-cam vision of the area around the above time, to come forward.
