Car damaged in Broadmeadows

Broadmeadows police are hoping to identify a man after a car was damaged in Broadmeadows on 25 May.

Investigators have been told a man was driving west along Barry Road and a white Audi sedan was driving behind the vehicle about 10.30am.

Both vehicles stopped at the intersection of Pascoe Vale Road and a male passenger got out of the Audi and approached the victim.

It is believed the offender punched and damaged the drivers’ side window of the victim’s car before running from the scene.

Police have released an image of a man that they wish to speak to and who may be able to assist them with their enquiries.

The offender is described as being aged in his 30s, wearing a black beanie and black sports jumper.
