In accordance with a resolution of Casey City Council made on 20 April 2021, notice is given that the resolution made by Casey City Council at its ordinary meeting on 7 November 2019 which purported to amend the Casey Community Local Law 2018 was of no effect due to procedural errors.
The Casey Community Local Law 2018 enacted under Part 5 of the Local Government Act 1989 by resolution of Casey City Council at its ordinary meeting on 21 November 2017 has remained in force at all times without amendment since it commenced operation on 1 January 2018.
