A 27-year-old man has been convicted of an indecent act after pleading guilty in the Christchurch District Court yesterday.
The man’s arrest followed two reports of suspicious approaches on Monday 6th August 2018 around the Cashmere area.
We are grateful for those in the community who provided information.
Incidents such as this have no place in our community and we will not hesitate to deal with anyone involved.
