CCTV appeal after arson attack – Pendle Hill

Police are appealing for information following at alleged arson attack in Sydney’s south west late last year.

About 8.40pm on Wednesday 27 December 2024, emergency services were called following reports of a vehicle fire on Stapleton Street, Pendle Hill.

The fire was extinguished by Fire and Rescue NSW, however the vehicle was completely destroyed.

Investigators attached to Cumberland Police Area Command commenced an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.

As inquiries continue, police have released CCTV vision of a white ute last seen travelling east on Stapleton Street, towards Goodall Street.
