Police have released CCTV as investigations continue into an aggravated home invasion in Sydney’s south-west earlier this year.

About 7.50pm on Tuesday 13 July 2021, two men, aged 36 and 67, and two women, aged 26 and 66, were at a Greenwood Avenue house at Bankstown, when three unknown armed men entered the rear yard of the property.

The two male residents were bound with cable ties before being assaulted.

The group demanded money before ransacking the house and leaving the scene over the back fence.

The three unknown men were last seen entering a black Mazda 3, before they fled the scene.

The two male residents were taken to Bankstown Hospital with cuts and grazes, before they were released.

Officers from Bankstown Police Area Command established Strike Force Tatalia to investigate the incident.

As those investigations continue, detectives have released CCTV and images of three unknown men they believe may be able to assist with their inquiries.

The men are depicted wearing high visibility hooded jumpers, black tracksuit pants, face masks and gloves.

They are seen driving a black 2013 Mazda 3 hatchback with a bonnet scoop and rear spoiler.

The vehicle is depicted travelling on the M7 motorway at the M4 interchange entry at 4.31pm on Tuesday 13 July 2021, and at the Bernera Road Exit a short time later.

Anyone with information about the vehicle and occupants or has dashcam footage from these areas is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.

Investigations are continuing.
