Celebrating our 300th member

We are thrilled to celebrate our 300th member and delighted to welcome Boston Consulting Group (BCG) to our Network.

“As our membership grows, so does the disability confidence of Australian organisations. I am delighted to welcome Boston Consulting Group to our Network and see the change they will bring to the inclusion of people with disability in the workplace.” Suzanne Colbert AM, Founding CEO.

BCG Boston Consulting Group

“We are very excited about joining the Australian Network on Disability. AND is clearly a well-respected organisation and by joining we hope to learn from other members and take advantage of all the great resources and best practice and expert advice that are available.

I am very proud of BCG’s inclusion efforts in disability through our support of the NDIS and The Able Movement, but this is an opportunity to take the Able@BCG initiative to a whole other level for our employees and their families. Our goals are to benchmark ourselves using the AND Access and Inclusion index to inform how we can best support people with disability, create an active employee network to lift awareness, and provide training and resources to enhance inclusivity in our processes, systems and in our way of working.

We look forward to building a strong partnership with AND in achieving these goals. We are also keen to share our journey and learnings with others as we aim to make all our workplaces more accessible and inclusive to everyone.” Miguel Carrasco, Sponsoring Partner for the Able@BCG network

The growth of our network amplifies the change we bring. It has been heart-warming to see the continued national commitment to inclusion of people with disability during COVID-19.
