A number of transfer stations and landfills will open tomorrow (Wednesday 8 January) to assist people clearing their properties for fire protection. .
• Adaminaby Transfer Station will be open Wednesday 8 January from 10 am until 3 pm
• Berridale Transfer Station will be open Wednesday 8 January from 10 am until 3pm
• Bombala Landfill will be open on Thursday 9 January from 10 am until 4 pm.
All other facilities will be open as normal.
The community should be aware that changes to services may be unavoidable due to weather conditions, road closures, public and staff safety.
Council will continue to monitor conditions and advise the public as soon as possible.
