Northern Territory Police have charged a 29-year-old man in relation to an aggravated robbery in Stuart Park last night.
It is alleged at 6:30pm, the man entered a store on Westralia Street and threatened an employee with an edged weapon, before stealing alcohol and other store items and fleeing the scene.
The incident was reported to police and the man was arrested in the area a short time later.
The man was charged with aggravated robbery and remanded to appear before Darwin Local Court on 13 February 2023.
