Perth Police are investigating the alleged assault of a child aged between 5 and 7 years, that occurred about 1pm on Saturday 18 November 2023, during a Wiggles Concert at the RAC Arena
The incident occurred between a male adult and the child who are known to each other. It is believed the incident occurred whilst they were sitting in the 0003 section, in front of row P. The man grabbed the child by the throat and was verbally abusing the child.
