Police are appealing for help after a young boy was located in Frankston this evening.
The boy, who is unable to communicate with police, is believed to be about 3-years-old.
He was located by passers-by at Lindrum Reserve on Lindrum Road about 8.30pm in a nappy.
Police have done an extensive door knock in the area but have not been able to locate his carers.
They have released an image of the boy in the hope someone may recognise him and be able to provide information on his identity.
