Bayside Council’s annual competition to find a new design for its Christmas street flags is now open.
“This very popular competition that has been enthusiastically embraced by our artistic community,” Mayor Dr Christina Curry said.
“I look forward to seeing the winning designs flown around Bayside.”
The competition is open to all residents and local school children.
The winning entries will be printed on Council’s street flags and banners and displayed across Bayside this Christmas season.
The winning design may also form part of Council’s Christmas displays, printed material and online promotions.
Submissions can be hand drawn, photographs or digital designs however they must conform to a predefined template that fits with Council branding principles and logo requirements and be suitable for use on a street flag and banner.
Submissions close on Monday 31 October 2022.
