City of Parramatta to Host Seniors Christmas Concert

The City of Parramatta is hosting a free Christmas concert with afternoon tea for senior residents on Wednesday 11 December at Riverside Theatres, Parramatta.

The concert will feature a star-studded line-up, including host Chris Sebastian, the Mount Druitt Choir, and more.

Attendees must be residents of the City of Parramatta and/or ratepayers who are over 60 years of age.

“The Seniors Christmas Concert is a great opportunity to bring the senior community together and celebrate the festive season,” City of Parramatta Lord Mayor Cr Bob Dwyer said.

“Our senior residents play an important role in our City, and we are committed to providing great events to give people the opportunity to connect with their local community.”

The concert will commence at 12pm with a number of excellent acts for the audience to enjoy. This will be followed by Christmas festivities and a raffle. The event will conclude with a delicious afternoon tea in the Riverside Courtyard.

The City of Parramatta is also providing a direct bus service to get to the event. Buses will be available from Council Community Centres to transport guests to and from the concert. A cost of $8 per person return trip will apply. Tickets for buses must be purchased through the Riverside Box Office at the time of booking a concert ticket. Bus service places are limited.
