Parking in the City of Swan is now more convenient, thanks to a smart phone app that lets you control parking payments on the go.
The EasyPark app allows you to start, finish and pay for your parking session remotely.
The ability to end your parking session means that you only pay for the amount of time you stay.
The app also includes a reminder service. Fifteen minutes before your parking time runs out, you can decide if you want to extend your parking time (if the parking policy allows it).
EasyPark is used widely throughout metropolitan Perth.
For those that are new to the app, registration is simple. To register, download the app from the App Store or Google Play and enter your details and payment method.
Normal machines and payment methods are still available for those wishing to pay at the meter.
Note: There is a 10% transaction fee for all parking booked through the app.
