Emergency services were called to a collision in Healesville on 15 September.
It’s believed a truck struck a motorcyclist on Cornelius Crescent at 10am.
The male motorcyclist was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries but has died in hospital.
The driver of the truck was not injured.
