Enhancements in Windsor Mall are underway, with the completion of the first refreshed shopfront through Council’s new Shopfront Improvement Scheme and new mural designs being painted in two laneways.
The Shopfront Improvement Scheme has a focus on enhancing the appearance of the Windsor streetscape by activating street frontages, repairing and maintaining buildings, and celebrating the eclectic and unique character of Windsor’s Town Centre.
Following the completion of a pilot site, the Windsor Shopfront Improvement Scheme is now open for interested shop owners and or tenants to apply for funding for design work and contribution towards works.
