Following Eurobodalla Council’s monthly Public Access session on Tuesday 13 October, councillors will attend an information session to discuss several matters, including:
- DA0410/26 -Telecommunication Facility (20m) – Council Reserve Access Off Negus Drive, Mystery Bay and DA0435/26 -Telecommunication Facility (10m) – Road Reserve on the Corner of Lamont Young Drive and Casey Crescent, Mystery Bay
- Planning Proposal – 35 Dunns Creek Road
- Planning Proposal – 207 Broulee Rd
- Batemans Bay Masterplan – Concept Plan
- Post Exhibition Review and Adoption of Biodiversity Strategy
Community members are invited to attend the session in person in the Council Chamber at the Moruya Administration Building or online via Council’s webcast service (live for the session).
Public Access is scheduled for 10am and will only be held if registered speakers are received. The information session will commence immediately after Public Access or, if no speakers register, at 10am. The information session is open for observation only and does not include community participation.
