Community Festival Plan Your Visit

Five more sleeps to go until the City of Whittlesea Community Festival comes to life.

From young to old, foodies, pet owners or fun enthusiasts, there is something for everyone. Entry is free. Check out the full program and everything you need to know to plan your trip to the Community Festival at www.arts.whittlesea.vic.gov.au

When: Sunday 17 March, 11am to 5pm
Where: Civic Centre, 26 Ferres Boulevard, South Morang

Getting There:

By Public Transport: The festival site is easily accessible by trains and buses, with the South Morang train station (Mernda line) and buses 556, 383, and 577 serving the area. Plan your journey at Public Transport Victoria’s website

Ride your Bike: Utilise the temporary bike parking within the dedicated bike zone. Remember to bring a secure lock.

Via Car and Parking: Parking is available at Civic Centre, but we encourage carpooling, using public transport, or biking to the festival. Additional parking is available between the Civic Centre and the South Morang train station. Accessible parking is also provided at Civic Centre, with directions upon arrival.

Sustainability

The City of Whittlesea is committed to hosting sustainable events. Join us in our efforts by:

  • Embracing eco-friendly dining through Green My Plate, offering reusable plates and cutlery to reduce landfill waste.

  • Minimise plastic waste by bringing a reusable water bottle, with four convenient water refilling stations available.
