Community Invited To Celebrate New St Helens Park Bike Track

Local residents are invited to a free community event at St Helens Park Youth Space on Saturday 25 July from 10am to 1pm.

Hosted in partnership with Macarthur BMX, the event will celebrate the new bike track and give the community the opportunity to experience the exciting new facility, designed for riders of all ages and skill levels.

Community members will be able to participate in BMX competitions, win great prizes and enjoy a free community barbecue.

“This new bike track is a great addition to St Helens Park Reserve, giving young people, families and riders of all abilities a place to ride, build their skills and enjoy the outdoors,” said Mayor of Campbelltown, Cr Darcy Lound.

“Creating places where people can get outdoors, stay active and connect is an important part of building a healthy, vibrant community. We’re proud to support events that encourage residents to make the most of facilities like this,” said Cr Lound.

Residents are reminded to bring their helmets and bikes and join in a morning of free activities, with plenty of opportunities to ride on the new bike track and enjoy the facility.
