Community satisfaction phone surveys

Knox residents may receive a phone call from an independent market research agency commissioned by Council to conduct community satisfaction surveys.

National Field Services will be conducting surveys of Knox households from 31 January through to mid-March.

Knox City Council Mayor, Cr Susan Laukens said survey would help improve service delivery to residents.

“The survey has been designed to assess the performance of Council across a range of measures to identify ways to improve or provide more effective services to the community,” she said.

“It will involve 400 interviews conducted with a representative sample of Knox residents.

“Personal details and individual responses are confidential and only the overall results are shared with Council.”
