Community Satisfaction Survey

Council has commissioned an independent research agency to conduct the survey to assess how the City of Whittlesea has been performing across a range of different areas, and to identify ways we can provide improved or more effective service to residents.

We would like to assure you that this is not a scam and that you will not be asked to give any details other than your name and address. Please note that your details and individual responses are confidential; only the overall results will be shared.

The survey will involve 1,200 phone interviews conducted among a representative group of residents. We appreciate you taking the time to assist us with your valuable feedback.
