Borough of Queenscliffe is conducting a Community Satisfaction Survey to better understand what matters most to our community and how we can continue to improve local services. The survey is managed by an independent market research agency, Klein Research with their fieldwork partner, TKW Research.
From Monday 24 August – Tuesday 15 September some residents may receive a phone call inviting them to take part and share their views on Council services and facilities. The survey is anonymous, and participants are randomly selected. Responses include a range of questions designed to understand community perceptions of Council’s performance in delivering important services.
In particular, we are seeking community feedback on:
• Overall council performance
• Community consultation and engagement
• Customer service
• Council direction and priorities
Participation is optional and all responses are confidential and will only be included in the overall survey results.
If you are contacted, we encourage you to take part in the survey – your feedback will help shape the services and programs that matter most to our community.
