Northern Territory Police responded to a large disturbance in the remote community of Yirrkala overnight.
Around 1:30am, multiple calls were received in relation to a large group fighting with weapons within the community.
Two men and a woman were allegedly assaulted with an edged weapon and were all conveyed to Gove District Hospital for treatment.
Both men have since been transferred to Royal Darwin Hospital.
Nhulunbuy police are investigating the incident and there has been no further reports of injuries.
Enquiries are ongoing.
