Central Coast Council has resolved to hold a Constitutional Referendum for the reduction of Councillors (from 15 to 9) in conjunction with the September 2021 Local Government Elections.
In order to settle the proposed question Council’s administrator Dick Persson AM has committed to consulting with the community. The information collected will be used to inform referendum questions which would be delivered at the next Council election with implementation of the results of the referendum to occur at the following Council election in 2024.
