A man was arrested after allegedly being found in a building site in the southern suburbs this morning.
Just after 1am on Friday 26 June, police were called to a property on Watts Road, Tonsley after reports that a man was trespassing.
Patrols, with the assistance of Police Dog Duke, searched the area for the suspect, who was found hiding behind a skip bin.
The 47-year-old man of no fixed place was arrested without further incident and charged with being unlawfully on premises and an outstanding warrant.
He was refused police bail and will face Christies Beach Magistrates Court later today.
