Administrative Review Tribunal
The Administrative Review Tribunal Corporate Plan is the primary planning document that sets out our purpose from 2025-26 to 2028-29. It outlines 5 performance measures that will assess our performance over this period.
It also describes the work we plan to do in order to carry out our key activities of:
- undertaking merits review of administrative decisions in accordance with the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024
- improving transparency and quality of government decision-making
- promoting public trust and confidence in the Tribunal.
