The Tribunal’s corporate plan provides detail about how we manage our operations and measure performance.
It outlines the key activities we will deliver in 2026-27 to achieve our statutory objective , which includes:
- undertaking merits review of administrative decisions in accordance with the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024
- improving the transparency and quality of government decision-making
- promoting public trust and confidence in the Tribunal.
The corporate plan also sets out our strategic direction for the next 4-year period.
