Police would like to correct the name of the man who died in Waitara on Tuesday 20 July.
He was Te Omeka Pairama Akariri-Buckley, not Te Omeka Pairana Akariri-Buckley as previously issued.
Police apologise for this error and ask that media edit their stories to reflect this.
