With a successful trial period behind them, Goulburn Mulwaree Council is excited to announce partnership with Snap Send Solve, a trusted third-party app used by many councils across Australia and New Zealand.

This collaboration aims to streamline the process of issue reporting for all residents, providing a simple and efficient tool accessible 24/7. While the app offers a modern, quick and convenient reporting option, residents may still use traditional methods to report issues to Council.

Residents are encouraged to download the free Snap Send Solve app on Apple and Android phones to report problems in less than 30 seconds. The app allows users to take up to five photographs, confirm their location using GPS, and provide detailed information about the issue. This ensures highly accurate reports, enabling the council to promptly understand and address community concerns.

The partnership with Snap Send Solve unlocks a range of features, enhancing residents’ experience. The app not only saves time for users but also aids council staff in identifying and reassigning issues that fall under the responsibility of other authorities.

To report an issue, residents can follow these simple steps:

  1. Download the app via
  2. Open the app and start a new report.
  3. Snap photos of the incident or upload them from the camera roll.
  4. Confirm the GPS location.
  5. Select the type of incident and add extra notes.
  6. Let Snap Send Solve handle the rest, automatically sending the Snap to the responsible authority.
