Shoalhaven City Council is committed to providing services to the development industry and the community during the COVID-19 crisis, but most interactions with customers will be electronic or via the phone to protect the health and safety of staff and the community.
Council’s CEO Stephen Dunshea said, “We appreciate the value of our construction industry in the current economic circumstances and are committed to do all we can to keep business happening and to continue to do inspections and process DAs.
“Although our Administration building is closed to the public and most Building and Development Services staff are working remotely, DAs in the system are being worked on and can proceed to determination,” he said.
