COVID-19 Directions 2020- Cross Border Travel No 22, South Australia

The Cross Border Travel Direction has been updated in relation to testing requirements for overseas travellers.

The Emergency Management (Cross Border Travel No 21) (COVID-19) Direction 2020 has been revoked and replaced by the Emergency Management (Cross Border Travel No 22) (COVID-19) Direction 2020. This Direction comes into 0001 Monday 14 December 2020.

The only change to the Cross Border Travel Direction is that:

Overseas arrivals (other than those travelling from New Zealand) must submit to a COVID-19 test within 24 hours, on day 5 and on day 12 of their arrival in South Australia. If the person leaves South Australia they are not required to continue this testing schedule.

All other existing requirements remain.

The information above only highlights the changes key made and does not reflect all requirements under the Cross Border Travel No 22. Members of the public are encouraged to see the full direction for further information.
