There will be no face-to-face services in the Court’s Melbourne and Dandenong registries, unless otherwise approved by the Head of Jurisdiction, until Tuesday 26 October 2021.
We are still open to support litigants and the profession through a range of online and phone services.
These precautionary measures will assist to reduce the need to travel and leave home for Victorian residents. Developments will be monitored and arrangements may change at short notice based on Victorian Government health advice and restrictions.
The Court remains open electronically, and urgent applications and other hearings will be conducted electronically as appropriate. This includes through the COVID-19 List, which can accommodate any urgent or priority family law applications connected to COVID-19.
