There will be no face-to-face services in the Court’s Sydney and Parramatta registries until Monday 11 October 2021 unless otherwise approved by the Head of Jurisdiction.
We are still open to support litigants and the profession through a range of online and phone services.
These precautionary measures will assist to reduce the need to travel and leave home for residents in the Greater Sydney area. Developments will be monitored and arrangements may change at short notice based on New South Wales Government health advice and restrictions.
The Court remains open electronically, and urgent applications and other hearings will be conducted electronically as appropriate. This includes through the COVID-19 List, which can accommodate any urgent or priority family law applications connected to COVID-19.
