Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Craig Payne.
The 53-year-old is wanted on warrant for contravening a court order.
Payne is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 184cm tall with a medium build and blue eyes.
He is known to the Bellarine, Werribee, Tarneit and Hoppers Crossing areas.
Investigators have released an image of Payne in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
