A man has been arrested after stealing a Tradie’s van at Clarence Park overnight.
Just after 6am Thursday 13 April 2023 police were called after the victim woke to find his Toyota Hiace van had been stolen. Luckily the victim was able to track the van’s location and relay this information to police.
The victim spoke to police as the van travelled through Marleston, Hilton before heading west on Henley Beach Road and pulling into a service station. Here patrols pounced arresting the driver, a 23-year-old Park Holme man.
He is expected to be charged with a number of offences including illegal use of motor vehicle.
Police are also investigating if this vehicle was involved in a break in at Fulham Gardens earlier in the night.
