Our Customer Service Centres at Hastings, Mornington and Rosebud will reopen for limited services on Monday 30 November, 8.30am – 5pm.
Customer Service staff can assist you with:
- payments
- animal registrations
- general enquiries.
Only customer service staff are working on site, all other departments are continuing to work remotely.

Rosebud: 90 Besgrove Street
Somerville Customer Service Centre is too small to allow for safe social distancing and will remain closed for now.
