Customer Service Phone Survey

From Wednesday 14 June to Friday 7 July, customers who have lodged requests with Council over the last six months may receive a call from an independent market research agency, Zing Insights.

We have commissioned Zing Insights to conduct a survey and identify potential areas of improvements to better meet our customers and community needs. Similar surveys were undertaken in 2019 and 2017.
