Customer survey commences

Over the next three weeks people who have contacted us recently might be invited to participate in a survey.

We want to hear about your experience when contacting Council and requesting services.

Your feedback will help inform a Customer Strategy which will guide how we operate, make decisions and design services in the future.

Knox City Council Mayor, Cr Susan Laukens believes the survey would help improve services for the community.

“Understanding your experience of our services, your needs and expectations will help us deliver better services for the community,” she said.

If you contacted us by phone you may receive a phone call from an independent market research agency commissioned by Council to conduct the survey.

If you contacted us by email or via our website you will receive an email inviting you to participate in an online survey.

Personal details and individual responses are confidential and only the overall results are shared with Council.
