Customers of NSW Government departments and agencies are invited to respond to a short survey on public sector agency service efficiency and experience through innovation.
You can participate if you are a NSW resident or an employee of a NSW Government department or agency.
Your responses to the survey are anonymous and the results will be included in the findings of the research study.
