Daglish serious crash

Major Crash officers are investigating a serious crash that occurred in Daglish about 6.30pm last night, Saturday 3 August 2019.

The crash occurred at the junction of Selby and Nash Streets when a white Rav4 station sedan struck a man in a wheelchair who was crossing the road.

The 66-year-old male pedestrian was conveyed by ambulance to Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital with serious injuries. The 19 year old female driver of the vehicle was not injured.

Investigators would particularly like to speak with the drivers of two vehicles who stopped at the crash scene to assist but departed prior to police arrival.

Major Crash investigators would like to speak to anyone who saw the crash, or the Rav4 and the pedestrian prior to the crash, and ask anyone who was in the area around the time of the crash who has dashcam vision to come forward.
