Dangerous driving at Logan 17 May

Two women, a man and a teenager have been charged following successful deployment of a tyre deflation device at Hope Island overnight.

Just before 11pm police saw an alleged stolen vehicle at Cayuga Street, Nerang and evaded police.

Police will allege they deployed the tyre deflation device on Hope Island Road just after midnight this morning and the vehicle came to a stop in Abrahams Road, Coomera where all four occupants were arrested.

Police will allege the vehicle was stolen from an address on the Brisbane Corso, Yeronga around 4am on May 16.

A 28-year-old Biggera Waters man was charged with one count each of unlawful use of a motor vehicle, evade police, unlicensed driving and fraud. He is due to appear in the Southport Magistrates Court today.

A 26-year-old Caboolture woman was charged with one count each of unlawful use of a motor vehicle, receiving tainted property, possessing dangerous drugs and possess drug utensil.

A 22-year-old Russell Island woman was charged with one count each of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and possess dangerous drugs and she is due to appear in the Southport Magistrates court on June 1.

A 14-year-old Southport boy was charged with unlawful use of a motor vehicle, possess dangerous drugs, enter premises and commit indictable offence and enter premises with intent. He is due to appear in the Southport Children’s Court, May 19.

Investigations are continuing.
