A man has been taken into custody outside a Newnham Road, Mansfield home just after 6.30pm tonight following the alleged unlawful use and dangerous operation of a small truck across Brisbane this afternoon.
Police allege the man crashed into the rear deck of the home and ran from officers who swiftly arrested him without incident.
Investigators allege the man damaged multiple vehicles across Brisbane throughout the late afternoon, centred on the Pacific Motorway/M1 in the vicinity of Woolloongabba and Holland Park.
Polair assisted in tracking the vehicle and a short authorised pursuit occurred.
There are no reports of serious injuries.
Police urge anyone who witnessed the incident or sustained damage to their vehicle to contact Policelink.
