Homicide Squad detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a man in Heidelberg West on 16 October.
Emergency services were called to North Crescent just after 3.30pm following reports a man had been stabbed.
The yet to be formally identified man was worked on by paramedics but died at the scene.
The exact circumstances surrounding the incident are yet to be determined and no arrests have been made at this stage.
