Detectives seek witnesses to Seaton shooting incident, South Australia

Western District Detectives are appealing for information from the public as they continue to investigate a shooting incident at Seaton earlier this week.

Just before 10pm on Tuesday 26 March police patrols were called to a block of townhouses on Tapleys Hill Road after a number of bullets were discharged towards the properties.

There were no reported injuries.

Detectives are seeking any witnesses who may have seen any suspicious people or vehicles particularly in the vicinity of Tapleys Hill Road, Squires Avenue, Selkirk Avenue, Ayr Avenue, Fortrose Avenue and Lanark Avenue.

Police are looking to identify a vehicle that was seen in the area that is described as a black 4WD with white writing on the rear windscreen containing the word ‘WEST’.

Investigations into the incident are continuing and it is not believed to be random.
