Digital Capacity Project

Wodonga Council is partnering with Startup Shakeup to work on the Small Business Digital Capacity Project to gather further information on the digital capacity of our local business owners.

To succeed in this new online world relies on digital inclusion, with the challenge that regional Victoria has poor digital access, affordability, and ability.

Helping bridge that gap, and to further understand the needs of our small and medium businesses, Startup Shakeup will be collecting data through an online survey to enable them to build a roadmap of programs, support, and workshops to address the biggest areas of needs across the sector.

The project will also define the regional agenda for digital upskilling, central to the economic recovery and revitalisation, giving businesses access to use digital tools effectively.

The project has been made possible through funding from the Victorian Government’s Regional Digital Fund. The project is support in partnership The ARC Centre of Excellence for Automated Decision-Making and Society at RMIT, the Centre for Social Impact Swinburne and Telstra.
