Greensborough Highway Patrol were called to a single vehicle crash in Bundoora early this morning.
Multiple reports had been made regarding a vehicle driving erratically in the area.
The Maserati was located on Ashbrook Circuit just before 4am.
The 40-year-old male driver is alleged to have lost control of the vehicle, mounted the centre concrete median, spun 180 degrees and ended up across a driveway.
The Bundoora man returned an evidentiary breath test of .126.
He received an infringement notice with a fine of $772 and has had his licence cancelled for 12 months.
