Police are investigating after a drink driver crashed into a pole in Forest Hill early this morning.
Forest Hill police were called to Springvale Road at the intersection of Canterbury Road where a Holden sedan had crashed into a pole about 4am.
A preliminary breath test was conducted on the female driver and police discovered two children in the car.
Luckily no one was injured.
The driver, a 28-year-old Forest Hill woman was taken to a police station where she returned a reading of .241.
Her car was immediately impounded, and she is expected to be charged on summons with drink driving and other traffic related offences.
