Driver Escapes Serious Injury After Barossa Rollover

Police are investigating after an SUV rolled at Penrice in the Barossa Valley.

About 12.30am on Monday 12 October, police and emergency services were called to Moculta Road, Penrice, about 3km north of Angaston, following reports a Kia SUV had left the road and rolled.

The driver, a 36-year-old Tanunda man, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to hospital for assessment and mandatory blood tests.

The vehicle sustained significant damage and was towed from the scene.

Investigations into the cause of the crash are ongoing.
