Driver flees stolen ute rollover, South Australia

Police are looking for the driver of a stolen car that crashed at Hackham this morning.

Police and emergency services were called to a single car rollover on Main South Road, Hackham at 4.30am on Monday 17 December.

Witnesses reported the driver, a man about 183 cm tall and wearing a black hoodie, was seen running south along Main South Road.

The vehicle, a silver 2017 Nissan Navara ute, had been reported stolen from Glengowrie on Thursday night.

Police searched the surrounding area, but have not yet located the suspect.

The car was towed from the scene for forensic examination. The crash is not affecting morning traffic.
